My first DS was 7pd7oz(at 41w3d) and took about 30 mins to push out.

My second DS was 8pd8oz at 40w5d and took 2 contractions to push out.

My second was a sunny-side up baby and a face presentation to boot and he was, by far, easier to push out. Even if this little guy/girl of yours turns out to be the same size you will most likely have an easier time with pushing. Take Care and try not to worry!!!

I was the first and biggest child of four. The third (the only other girl) was the smallest, and the last was the second biggest.

I make medium-sized babies. 8 babies born from 37-42 weeks. 4 boys, 4 girls.
smallest was a boy at 6-12 and largest was a boy at 7-14. My 42 weeker was a 7-12 girl and my due date baby was a 7-12 girl. :
My first vaginal birth took almost 3 hours of pushing and was 7-0. Since then I usually push from 5-20 minutes.
