Yep, my daughter was like a cue ball until she was close to TWO. At two and a half, she still hasn't had a haircut. I definitely developed a shoe fetish, though I think I had one already. :LOL

We've LOVED baby legwarmers...I make my own out of all sorts of fun adult knee socks that I get cheap at places like Target. They're cute, stay put, and make it easier to change a diaper/potty than having to fuss with tights.

I've heard of people typically doing ears around 6 weeks in cultures who feel strongly about it.

While I agree that a gun is NOT the way to go I just want to point out that this is not how piercing guns work. They hold a stud and back and push the stud through the earlope much like a staple in a stapler. The hole is made with a brand new piercing stud, not a used needle. That said, the guns are really not the best way to get any piercing as you want a hoop in that allow you to clean it better and allows for swelling without discomfort.
Can't help with accessories, the only baby I had with hair was my son, lol.
