Down to 2 feeds-will my supply disappear?

DS is only nursing once before bed and once when he wakes around 4am. I'd like to continue for as long as he wants to but will I continue to produce milk with only 2 feeds a day? DS simply isn't interested to nurse in the day anymore.

Also, anyone else still not get their period back when they were down to just a couple of feeds a day?

Your body will adjust to the 2 feeds per day, but if it where me and you wish to continue your nursing relationship longer i would start offering often.

Also with just two feeds per day you will need to suppliment with another type of milk for added fat, vitamins and protein.

Mine dwindled away after a few weeks (months maybe?) of two feeds a day. It was gradual but it did dry up for me.
