My position when co-sleeping?

My breast fed 12 wk old son now sleeps primarily in our bed. We have an Arms Reach Co-Sleeper next to my side, but rarely use it.

I wake up so achey!! My arm and shoulder hurt so much or they just plain fall asleep, complete with pins and needles.

What am I doing wrong?

Your cosleeping position sounds about right to me if that bottom arm is hurting...I know it's rough. The only thing I could recommend is trying to get your son in the cosleeper at least part of the night so that your arm can have a rest. That's what I do.

I posted the same question last December: http://www.mothering.com/discussions...122&highlight=

I guess it is a common problem then , oh well it's worth it!
