Easiest to Adjust Ring Sling? (brand, fabric, width, etc.)

What fabric is the easiest to adjust? Is it as simple as that...or does it have something to do with the fabric width as well?

I have an unpadded Maya sling, and it seems like the fabric gets twisted in the rings and sort of folds over in the rings a lot, making it hard to adjust. In the videos online, it looks so EASY, and the fabric seems very thin in the rings, whereas mine seems very bulky.

Do I just need to keep learning, or is there a better fabric that makes it easier? Thoughts?

You may just need a bit more time with it? I have a linen kalea baby that I love. Every body loved sleeping baby productions slings as well. The KB was my first experience with a rs and it was relatively easy to get to know.

Possibly. I can't help but wonder about the amount of fabric in the rings, though. Mine looks so...flubby...bulky...whereas the videos all seem like it's this really thin fabric. I was watching the Sakura Bloom videos (which are awesome by the way, and there are LOTS) and the silk just seemed to zip through the rings. Mine is such bumpy cotton, and the rails constantly fold over themselves.
