Does anyone follow the Eat to Live plan on a tight budget? I am the only member of my household that would be following the plan. I'd have maybe $50 max per week. Is that doable?

What frozen fruits/veg do you recommend? And what fresh produce is the best bang for its buck?

Sadly, no access to a farmer's market or CSA, but we do have a Kroger
