Sibling/new sibling issues

Should I be disturbed that my 3 year old wants my 2 year old to be eaten by animals so that our baby can be "Baby DS2" (because his best friend's mom just had a baby with our 2 year old's name)?

(I'm guessing the animals bit comes because he doesn't watch TV or movies and so is not familiar with other ways of killing things, but he does go to the nature museum and has seen pictures/computer videos of animals hunting)

I wouldn't worry about it too much. My son recommends often that I just leave the baby at places. They really don't have a concept of what they're suggesting. I always respond, "Oh no! We'd never do that! We love baby!" If his suggestion isn't too horrible I'll say somehting like, "We'd never leave you behind. We love you too much and I'd miss you so much. Just like we love and would miss Genevieve."

Kids this age just don't have a true concept of their suggestion.
