This may be a tall order. 
I would love a plan. I want to feed my family all nutritious food. I love to research food but I am having a hard time wrapping my head around doing up a plan or finding a good one.
I want a well-rounded plan that will give my family all of the nutrients that they need. No processed food. Only cooked nutritiously. Mostly Organic.
Like the most nutritious fish and how often and the best way cooked. Lentils but yummy ways to cook them. The whole shebang!
Does anyone know of a well-rounded book? What is your fav book for this kind of thing?
