Anyone use Custom Probiotics? - Page 3

I have used it with my kids and myself.  My DS never had a normal BM till he was off all his allergens and gluten (celiac) AND we did these.  I love them and recommend them any time anyone asks!

My custom probiotics have expired since a month.... and I am wondering if I can still feed my LO this? TIA

I just called them as well because I was considering purchasing. The man was very curt with me when I asked what medium he grew the probiotics on and said it was proprietary and he has no idea. I find that VERY concerning. I asked if it was GMO as many like Jarrow use GMO soy. He said no but then I asked how he knew that if he had no idea what the medium was...he said he has thousands of customers and if I didn't believe him not to buy from him and hung up on me. I wouldn't buy from a company who doesn't know about their product and hangs up on people when they ask legit questions...ESPECIALLY to my children.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience :( I have been hearing from a friend about using the D-Lactate formula for her daughter but she told me the man who takes the phone order can sometimes have an unusual sense of humor and can rub people the wrong way. She now uses the website when she has to reorder which is a shame because customer service is very important and she has been seeing good results.
