Private Lab for Newborn Screening?

A midwife friend of mine said that she had used neogen for newborn screenings, but they don't seem to be providing that service anymore.

Can you recommend an appropriate private lab for me to use? (links or phone numbers would be extra helpful).

Baylor Medical Center has private supplemental newborn screening available. If you google it, you can find the information.

I too have been looking for a private lab to perform the Newborn Screen as well. I am not happy about handing my child's DNA over to the State for anything that they would like to do with it.

They are a private lab and cover the tests for all 50 states as well as the supplemental screen parameters. They set it up so that you can have the test drawn like the state tests and send it to their lab rather than the State. Very Easy! You need to coordinate with with your Doctor or Midwife, but you can order it online!!
