Any pregnant mamas with braces?

My orthodontist assures me braces are fine when pregnant but I worry about all the glue and metal etc. can effect the baby.

Any moms who have/had braces while pregnant want to share their experiences?

I had my braces put on shortly after DD2 was born and they didn't come off til after DS (#3) was born...no problems
