curious- who was preg the longest in our ddc

so some of us are still waiting- I'm was 41 weeks Wednesday and this is baby number 3 and she hasn't cooked as long as number one, but longer than number 2. I'm frustrated. But then got curious how many in our ddc went what feels like way over.

Post when you finally got that baby out and a brief summary of the birth if you want. Oh and the size too- I have in my head that my baby is gaining tons of weight each day that passes at this point!!!

I went 40 wks, 6 days which isn't nearly as long as some of you. But with twins, it sure seemed long. Starting at week 36, everyone was under the impression that they would come any moment. This made every day drag by as we waited and waited.

We did HB. Only 5 hours from start of labor until they were both out. I find myself hardly doing anything other than feeding them, but we are all healthy. It's rare that I get on here. They are three weeks old today!

jenchaffe- WOW! Yes I am past 41 weeks and this is my third but I can not imagine how I would be feeling emotionally to go past 40 weeks knowing I had twins in me!!! That is amazing? How did you handle the end of your preg. emotionally? Was it hard?

I went into labor at 41w4d and baby was born on 41w5d after 24 hours of regular labor. This was my second child. He was 10lbs 5oz. and 22 3/4 inches long. My first was a 10 pounder also.

Third child, 41 weeks 3 days. 9lbs. 8 oz, first boy. My first two were about these dates, 7 and 10 days past. First two were 8 lbs. 13 oz and 8 lbs. 12 oz. Maybe because this was a boy it was heavier? I did want to eat a lot this one....

Day before birth I did a good treadmill walk and acupressure. Day of birth did castor oil and a really nice walk outside with the kids while my husband went to the gym. I felt a lot of pressure off me when he left! It was really nice outside with some sun.

Started more painful ctx's around 130pm about every 2 min. went to birth center around 530pm. midwife broke my waters(to keep baby engaged in a head down position-my baby had been flipping all the way until the end). this stalled my labor for a little while but it came back every 3 min for a minute long. Things went smoothly after that, had him at 1234am. I really bellowed pusing out this one though. It was cool.

41 weeks 4 days, labor was a little over 8 hours, an HBAC. She was 9lbs.

Second child: 41 + 6. 8# 14 oz, 20 3/4 inches long, 13 in head.
4 hour labor.

It will happen to both of us at one point...keep holding on
