Cloth Diaper Pail Fresheners

I need a to find out how to make my Own Diaper pail Powder Freshener, Powdered Detergant, and ideas on making a Cloth diaper organizer that I can hang near the changing table and trash can that I am using as a diaper pail. What is the best thing for me to use considering that I don't have a wet bag to put in the pail. Someone told me pillow case but I'm not for sure if that will work.

Leave the lid off of your pail, part way or all the way to keep odors down. If mine does get stinky, I shake a drop of my tea tree oil/lavendar oil combo on a dry wipe and toss it in there. It really helps, but I rarely need to do this.

I keep a shaker filled with baking soda witha couple drops of tea tree oil & I sprinkle a bit in if it's getting stinky. We have found keeping the lid at least a little bit open is helpful.

We store the diapers in a basket by the changetable.
