Daily ACV question

I'm trying to add apple cider vinegar to my diet (see here), but have a question. Everything i've read says to dilute it in 8 oz. water, and i'm having trouble standing that. I've only read about one person who did shots of it, and i'd prefer that. What's wrong with doing shots vs. diluting it?

Is it possible to take a shot of it, then drink a glass of water right after? It should dilute it enough in your system as to not cause acid issues.

I have been reading about the benefits of acv. I am pregnant, so I am not sure if (and if not, when) it is okay?

How timely! I just took a shot before I sat down here at the computer!

I usually put 1-2 teaspoons in a cup w/the same amount of organic apple juice and dilute w/water to about 1/3 to 1/2 cup full (small 5 oz dixie size). I can usually get it down in 2 swigs! Then I'll have a glass of water. Oh, and don't forget the pretzel chaser!
