Canadian Sources?

I'd like to hear from other Canadians about where you get your coconut oil, cod liver oil, and the super foods that are outlined in Eat Fat Lose Fat. If you get it from the States do you have to pay duty?

Also, can you tell me why you chose to get the brands you are getting?

I get my coconut oil from iHerb.com. I do not pay duty because my order is always under $50 and under 3lbs. I've ordered 20+ times and have never paid duty. You only pay duty if you ship with courier, I always ship with the cheapest shipping option and it comes quickly and I've never paid duty.

I order the Jarrow Formulas Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 32 oz for $14 plus $4 shipping. It's unrefined, very good stuff.

Cod Liver oil, used to buy the Carlsons Lab from iHerb but now I've just ordered the Blue Ice one from Radiant Health.

Other superfoods I order from iHerb. They have the best prices I've found anywhere, fast and cheap shipping, no duty as long as you don't order too much at once...

My referral code is: IMO131

You get $5 off your first order. Anyone can use it! It does not expire. You will get your own referral code when you sign up, and if you pass it on to others they will get $5 off too and you make a tiny commission. They are a wonderful company. They even gave me a $10 credit to my account before Christmas for NO REASON!! Just because they rock!

Thanks for the code!

Anyone else?

I buy my coconut oil and some other products from Optimum Health -- they have a store in Edmonton, too. I was talking to someone there about CLO, but I have some to use up already so haven't bought any from them.
