Get some tape, a piece of paper, and 24 pennies. If you mailed that in it would take care of the crazy bill and probably give some one a good laugh.

I did that once, when my final phone bill was nine cents. There was no WAY I was writing a check for nine cents. I was super mad I had to spend 41 cents on a stamp to send in the nine cents.
