Does anyone have a recommendation (website, since I need to purchase it over the internet) for a reasonably good cast iron frying pan that is not too expensive since I will probably have to pay a huge shipping cost? Thanks!

Why do you have to buy it online? Cast iron pans are HEAVY, you can usually find decent ones in the hardware store. As long as you season it well it should work great.
I think I would do amazon, they have free shipping

I'm very sorry that I can't help you with a source, although I recommend the Lodge Logic pans. I'm very happy with mine.
I wonder though if you are overlooking suppliers in Japan. Japanese cast iron is well known - cast iron tea pots, woks and frypans seem to be available in North America:

My family has an ancient cast iron rice pot from Japan that is amazing. My siblings and I will likely have a terrific fight over it some day.

(Yeah, I didn't want to order online because I know they are heavy! ..... I wonder if I'm overlooking some source that would sell it here though.)
