9 month old not interested in solids

My daughter is almost 9 months old is not interested in solids beyond a little oatmeal cereal. When offered anything else, she gags or grimaces. She seems to want to breastfeed more and more now, too. Any suggestions? Thanks, Shelley

Let her be! Don't force the issue. She doesn't need solids now anyway.

it's hard but my ds didn't want any solids until just last week - 11months. It drove me crazy honestly

DS1 didn't show much interest in solids until he could feed himself, around 13 months. Prior to that he would take a few bites, but not much more by spoon. Your DD sounds completely normal, nothing to fret over.

Yep, totally fine. My dd barely ate anything before she was 12 months, and really didn't eat big meals until after we weaned at 2.5 years old. As long as your babe is healthy it's fine.
