What to do for minor swelling?

I'm looking for some different thoughts/perspectives/suggestions here. I am 33 weeks, and just this week, like in the last day or two, have noticed some minor swelling in my feet and ankles at the end of the day. I think most people wouldn't notice it, but I can see it and feel it. Also, I've had the sensation of hearing my blood rush in my head, which has, in the past, been a sign of slightly elevated BP. What can I do about this? I will see my MW next week, and def. talk to her about it then, but in the meantime, I would love to address it before it escalates. Thanks.

I'll be watching this, because I am 33 weeks and having the exact same issues. DH doesn't notice the swelling, but in the morning when it's gone down, I can tell.

Make sure you are getting enough water. Watch the salt content in your diet (avoid it if you can - theres enough salt naturally in foods you eat without having to add any). Rest with your feet up when you can and....

dandelion root! You can buy it as a tea or in capsule form. Its cheap. It works!

You can try the things a pp suggested. But really, it's part and parcel of pregnancy, sadly. I do hope you find relief, swelling can become painful.

With the dandelion root, how do you take that, like amounts, with/without meals, etc.? I think I get enough water normally, although it is very possible the last few days I haven't. As for salt, I only salt to taste. I prefer salty to sweet, but still don't over do it, kwim?

Thank you!
