Your dog is not housebroken and/or has a medical issue going on. And I totally agree with the poor bite inhibition. Do you use a crate? That would be step one in re-training your dog.

Please don't take your dog to a shelter. If you feel ok re-homing him, contact a breed rescue and save your shelter the task of this or find a suitable home for him yourself. If you feel his biting issue is serious, you should euthanize him.

We do not use a crate. I know it's supposed to help, but we tried when he was a puppy and it triggered incredible anxiety in him. He has a vet appointment for this afternoon, so we'll see what she says.
