I'm seriously considering Bee's Candida Diet. It's really not too far off from the primal diet I eat now but I'd need to cut out nut flour, honey and vinegar (doesn't seem like much but that pretty much takes away any comfort foods I have left).
I am EBF DD who is 7 1/2 mo. She has a very long list of food sensitivities so I'm already restricted in my eating and often eat only 40-60 grams of carbs a day. She will likely be EBF for awhile yet.
I just wanted to see if anyone has started Bee's diet while EBF. I know from the research I've done that eating a very low carb diet in general isn't an issue but I'm not seeing much about starting that type of diet while BF. I'm estimating that it would take me down to somewhere around 20-30 grams of carbs a day (I would still be eating plenty of calories though). I guess I'm just worried that the shift might cause negative (even temporary) reactions like a supply reduction.
Before I e-mail Bee's list, just wanted to see if any of you awesome MDC mamas had BTDT?
