Is the carcass still useable after crock-pot cooking?

This may be a dumb question, but I've been wondering about it for awhile now. I usually buy a whole chicken about once a week and cook it in my crockpot all day on low. I save the broth that comes out in the crockpot, but I was wondering if I could still use the carcass once all the meat is gone. Could I still use it to make a bone broth, or are all of the nutrients already cooked out into the original broth?
Thanks!

You mean, cook the carcass twice?

This won't exactly answer you question, but I do use my carcass after cooking a chicken in the oven. Makes great bone broth. You can always give it a try.

Yes. The first time you are essentially slow roasting it. So you can still use the carcass to make a bone broth.

Thanks! I've never actually made bone broth before, but I've been wanting to for a long time.
