Any coconut milk custard recipes?

My son and I really like custard, but now we can't have milk. Does anyone have a coconut milk custard recipe?

I use this one and sub coconut milk:

You can do add in, too, like a handful of shredded coconut or cup of pumpkin. Delish!

Hi, thanks! I ended up just throwing something together last night before I got this recipe and pretty much my idea was the same.

Do you find that the custard separates into two layers?

I find it needs an extra banana for a sweeter taste and I also add some vanilla extract. pour raw cream over it and sometimes add a little raw honey.


Ooooppss just saw first post you can't have cream.....I bet a little coconut oil on top would be good!
