Yeat Free bread and crackers recipes please.

I have a sourdough recipe, but never started it yet, so I need some recipes until I manage to make a good starter.

I just discovered that my almost 2 yr. old and myself are sensitive to yeast. He's been with runny BM for a very long time now. (Tested through a N.O.T. technique doctor, Kniselogical like testing.) We'll stay off for a few months, and then re-test.

He tested my son through different body parts and it was really bad. We did it with both dry yeast and regular yeast on him direct, not tubes of it in liquid format.

Yeast is in almost everything you can buy, . I don't buy a lot processed, but even crackers and plain bread have it.

I have to do some heavy duty baking now.

Please post any suggestions. I'm looking for a soft bread. Thans A LOT in advance!

How about making quick breads, biscuits, muffins, or an Irish soda bread. If it's for sandwiches, you could be creative with using pancakes for bread (my DH has fond memories of PB&J pancake sandwiches). Homemade crackers don't usually have yeast in the recipes. I went to allrecipes.com and looked up crackers there and they have tons of recipes for all kinds of crackers. When DD was little we make some with ww flour, water, and sea salt. This might be the recipe we used. . .but with all ww flour.
