Last week I bought bone broth from us wellness and it was like water. It was terrible! Is it supposed to be that way? Maybe I'm missing something.
anyway I called to talk to them about it and they argued and argued that their broth is the best and everyone else is happy with it. The argued that it's not what it looks like that matter but what's in it(marrow). Which I agree but it literally tasted like water!He actually wanted me to send it back to him...ummm seriously! Finally after hearing this guy ramble on how his broth is the best he said he will just be a good sport and credit me back the money. I just can't believe I got such a hard time about not being happy with a product especially when I buy a lot from them about twice a month. I really wish there's another good place to get my products because I'm completely turned off by the company right now
