Arnica?

Hi there.
Just wondering if arnica was safe to take either during or after labour? I wouldn't see why it isn't, but just wanting to make sure.
I love it, it helped me heal from a severly bruised tailbone way quicker than not taking anything would have.

I LOVE it!!!

My (trained in homeopathy and aromatherapy) NHS midwife after DD gave me arnica gel to put on the perineal tear i had, and told me to take the pillules for a few days, so i assume it's safe. I also took it after a molar extraction (instead of OTC pain killers) when i was 18 or so weeks and it really really helped. I will DEFINITELY be getting some for this upcoming birth

I love arnica too. Our midwives used to recommend it for during and after the birth but now they say that they think traumeel drops work better. I have both.

topical arnica is different than oral homeopathic arnica. Oral arnica has no active ingredients, so unless you're severely lactose intolerant, it would most certainly be safe. I can't speak to topical arnica.

I actually only have the oral pellets.
I do have the traumeel cream too, but can't really use that until after, but do love it too.
Thanks for the info, have it stashed in a safe place!
