Anyone suspect twins REALLY early on? - Page 2

I didn't suspect but I knew. I just knew it. I'd think "the babies" or say "the babies" right from the time I got my BFP. Drove my dh nuts! I had always wanted twins in my prior pregnancies and looked for signs with those but the time when I actually was pg with twins was just different in that way - knowing vs. wishing. It felt very different.

Yah that. Totally. I just knew when we figured out I was pg that it was twins. I then measured 17wks AT 17wks - I have NEVER measured on track before, always 2-4wks behind. The doctor said it was just my 4th pg - not to worry. I popped out at 15wks - I have NEVER shown before 18wks. My friends said not to worry. I researched whether it was possible to not know it was twins til the mid=pg u/s....that's how I found MDC! LOL

At 21wks we found out it was indeed twins. I had NO symptoms, no extreme nausea (I was sicker with my DD than with the duo). I just *knew*.

Like Intertwined said, the twins was an unplanned pregnancy - very much something to acclimate ourselves to the fact we'd have 4 children. I had 10wks or so from when I found out I was pg to the twins announcement to get used to being pregnant let alone the fact there were two.

I am pregnant with my second and I feel that I am having twins. I didnt plan for this pregnancy, and in fact I was somewhat trying to avoid it, lol but one day I woke up and looked in the mirror and was like, "um, I am huge, I totally look pregnant." and I called upstairs to my husband who was just waking up and he called back down and didnt believe me, then I told him to come look at me and he did and he was like "um, yeah, maybe you should go take a test" lol and low and behold, it was positive. My period was due right around that time, and I wouldnt have considered myself "late" yet at that point. and a week later, I was in maternity clothes. so, right now, according to my periods, I am only 7 1/2 weeks along and I look like I did at 5 or 6 months with my first. also, super sick, and severe severe exhaustion. and a huge hunch, along with dreams that me and my husband are both having. we will find out in march whether Im right!

hehehe...i love this thread...cuz i would LOVE to have twins. we just got the BFP last week. dh thinks it strange that i got a bright line (16 dpo) after diping the test in the toilet...i forgot to pee in the cup. i have been tired this week...but with a dd of oct 25 (based on ovulation on feb 1...i totally felt it that day) i'm only 5 weeks, so i know way too early to tell.

I definitely suspected it.

My breasts were killing me by 4 days post-ovulation, and I got my positive pregnancy test at 10dpo. My betas were a little on the high side (60 @ 11dpo and 249 @ 13dpo). I was hit with extreme fatigue around 4 weeks and was horribly sick by 5 weeks (I was never sick when I was pregnant with my son). I could also palpate my uterus by the beginning of week 7.

When the ultrasound tech said, "I see two babies" at 7w6d, all I could do was laugh.
