I don't like bagels as bagels, but I LOVE those crunchy overpriced bagel crisps. I have a bagel recipe somewhere and was planning to use wholemeal flour, add some tomato paste to the dough, and sprinkle the crisps with garlic salt before drying them. Anyone a) know if that's a bad idea for some reason, or b) have an awesome bagel recipe?
