one breast low in milk??

so for some reason, one of my boobs is WAY smaller than the other. and it takes a really long time for it to fill back up after a feeding. why is this? how do i get it to produce more? it's really a HUGE difference in size with the other one. embarrassing, actually.

Try just nursing more on that side.

How do you know it takes longer to "fill up"? As far as I know your breast are never empty they are always filling up.

I just wanted to bump this thread because I am dealing with the exact same thing! It is over a cup size difference between my right and left it is starting to really bother me. My smaller just produces so much less. I do nurse far more often on the small breast but it doesn't seem to do anything!

I think thats kind of common, I have one side that produces more, though I don't notice much of a size difference. I'd nurse more frequently on the smaller producing side, always start on that side to help increase the supply there.

mine is really bad. at LEAST a cup size. it's really noticeable and really embarrassing.
