I forgot to add that Tyson was interviwed by People Magazine and basically said he made the stupidest mistake in Survivor history.. when they asked him what was next he aid he would love to go on the Amazing Race with Coach. Now that would be fun to watch!

I really wish that I hadn't missed the last season with Russell on it! Anyone want to give me a brief recap?

I always thought how hard it would be to secretly look for the idol. It would be obvious that your off doing something in an area where the idol could be because there is a camera crew following you. It's not like you are alone looking for it.

Russell pretty much masterminded the voting out of everyone, he burned his tribes socks, he set free their chickens, and was an all around evil guy. He made it to the final two or three (can't remember which they did) and just barely lost. He was given the fan favorite 100k award (I think) I really though he deserved to win because he really knew how to play the game.

I LOVE Russel...I hated him when he first started on his 1st season but then I grew to love his evilness and down-right genius strategic playing. I was so angry when he lost b/c he deserved it, not blondy. I can't stand Boston ROb, his accent is unbearable! And his cockiness is even worse. I love that he hasn't seen the season with Russel and thinks Russels is some chump...love his quote b/c it is so ironic!

I think Tyson is funny but oh so cocky. I really didn't like him the last time he was on...he made me angry with his attitude, but he does make me laugh...plus I really can't figure him out...I'm a huge AR fan and I love a good cross over...hate Boston Rob on it though and was so happy when they got knocked out...love J&J but was sad to see them leave last week. I'd like to watch Tyson on AR but Coach makes me gag with all his Zen BS and nobility...palease!

I can't wait for him to do that too...I was thinking the same thing...but stop telling people when you have...word spreads! Last night was the best show in a super long time. I loved seeing BR squirm after the shock ofthe vote. It gave me much redemption from the Russel loss at the season finale.

just want to add that Russell is already a multi millionaire and isn't there for the money but the title, he is a self proclaimed champion and tells you repeatedly, he really spices up the game though...glad he is still around.

I said the same thing to dh when we were watching. Giving Parv the idol really won him points with coach, and maybe with some others that might now think he'll be loyal to the end if you get on his good side. Everybody knows that Rob is likely to back stab when it gets convenient, but they don't know that about Russell. They're all still trying to figure him out. The fact that Russell gave her the idol at TC was masterful. He could have just as easily quietly given it to her earlier in the day, and no one would have known that he had it in the first place. It would have been a safer move, but I think he gets a lot more mileage out of it this way.

Wow, I am loving this season! Love the anticipation of which "villian" will prevail! It's strange, I could not stand Rob and Amber on their seasons, couldn't stand them even more on the all stars season, was sick to death of them on The Amazing Race, yet on this season I find myself rooting for Rob over Russell! Maybe it was that rare moment of vulnerability when he passed out and cried!

I was sorry to see Tyson go. He is so funny, I was hoping to see more antics from him. Would LOVE to see him and Coach on AR!

yeah, you're right, I didn't think of that! it would be pretty obvious! That makes it all the more amazing that Russell found it so many times on his season- or that the other players were that oblivious that they didn't notice!

Oooooh, good points! It's amazing how they come up with these elaborate plans, and think through every little detail like that, how their actions will affect their standing with each member of the tribe! But, what else do they have to do but think.

Yeah but the camera crew is following everyone around all the time. Probably one for every player. Producers wouldn't want to miss a bit of drama.

they also take them off for their private interviews too. A camera being around someone off in the bush wouldn't be a surprise. When Russel found most of those idols last time he was in thicker bush alot

Well, a lot of the life of the game has gone out of it for me, with Rob and Coach gone. In the past I just could not STAND Rob, but this season I was rooting for him! I guess against Russell, anyone looks like a good guy! And Coach was annoying in his season, but he really did seem like a hero this time! The rivalry between the alpha males kept it interesting, and now we're left with some not-so-interesting characters, Sandra, Courtney, Danielle- Blah. Parvati- ugh. Of course I'll keep watching, though!

Do you think they'll merge next week, or not at all like they did one season?

I was watching the preview for next week, it looks like JT wants to give the Hero's immunity idol to Russell. I really hope he doesn't do that, that would be the biggest mistake this season.

I was really hoping they'd vote out Courtney. She really doesn't add anything to the tribe, she should have played the reward challenge and sat out the immunity challenge instead of the other way around. She is about the most worthless player I think I've ever seen.

She played the game big time. And did you noticed that Russell didn't vote for Coach in the end. Jury vote for him.

This season is he best. I loved when Russell and Danielle were fighting and he stormed off , came back and said every thing a woman loves to hear, "sorry you were right." I bet he played her as Courtney never went home.

I'm not loving JT this season. For some reason his likability factor has gone down and it was pretty shady going looking for the hidden immunity idol by yourself, at least not everyone fell for it. This season has been good to watch, normally I am kinda blah when they bring people back but this one has been interesting. Coach will be great on the jury! And boy did Rupert screw up saying out loud "looks like a girls alliance to me". Umm yeah I bet Russell was loving that. I hope they wait one more week to merge but we'll see it has to be coming soon.
