I'm going to get a second opinion next week.

Baby has what seems to me to me mild baby bottle mouth on her back top teeth.

I'm hoping to remineralize and that we can take extra good care now that we know there is an issue and keep them without having sedation/oral surgery.

anybody had any success?

This baby nurses at night. I'm going to try to wean her at night or at least clean her teeth after nursing, but I don't expect it to go well.

I'm going to try keeping them extra clean and also rubbing a tiny amount of colgate total on them 2 x daily. Oral B toddler toothpaste with Xylitol in between.
