V-Day Classroom Treat Ideas Please!

My 7 yo DD has her Valentine Day party at school tomorrow and it has been requested that we bring treats. I need ideas! I'd like some healthy ideas without a ton of sugar and are fun to look at. The teacher and a few students have severe peanut and tree nut allergies as well as blue food coloring allergies. There are only 3 parents bringing treats so I do need to bring a couple of items and as I said before I'd like them to be healthy. I also will not have access to a fridge for the treats so they need to be able to stay at room temp until the afternoon. I'm dropping them off at the office in the morning when I drop off dd.
A couple of ideas that I had are below. Not real healthy and I def can't bring the torilla rolls unless I figure out a way to keep them cold. Help, I'm having such a brain block!

Pretzel rods lightly dipped in chocolate on one end with V-Day sprinkles
Cream cheese and strawberry jam on tortilla, rolled and sliced
Rice Crispy treats

TIA!

I'd do rice krispy treats. I did some last year and colored them red and pink and cut them into heart shapes.

Exactly!

Be careful.... many conventional marshmallows contain BLUE coloring! Crazy, but true.

I usually do the rice crispy treats cut into heart shapes w/a cookie cutter, too. I use the fluff brand marshmallow cream as there are no dyes or preservatives. Still not 'healthy' but better than conventional, imo!

I gave up on bringing fruit and cheese trays because frankly they pretty much just sat there and were non edible after teh kids pretty much riffled thru them with their germy hands....besides who can turn down a sugar cookied with like a pound of buttercream frosting

This yr im making jello cups with red cherry and strawberry jello. Im using those clear see thru (solo?) cups and then topping them with canned whipped cream and heart sprinkles....I know so nutritous but I figured it be an alternative to the 10 varieties of heart shaped cookies.

pumpkin muffins? I made pumpkin muffins for my son's preschool (with maple syrup and honey instead of sugar and pumpkin and butternut squash) and they LOVED them. I also have heart shaped silicone muffin wrappers/trays so I could make them heart shaped (fun!) or cute heart muffin wrappers.

I am thinking muffins with cream cheese frosting (then they are practically cupcakes anyway!)

fruit kebobs instead of fruit tray (its all about the "packaging")

pretty much anything cut into heart shapes:
-sliced cheese cut into hearts with a cookie cutter
-little sandwiches (cream cheese and jam is a favourite "treat" around here)
-cucumber 'crackers' (slices) spread with cream cheese and topped with little heart shaped pieces of ham
-mini muffins or cupcakes topped with a strawberry 'heart'

I always brought fresh fruit and another parent would bring veggies. We would use utensils to place it on the kids plates and they loved it.

We had so many nut/eggs/wheat allergies in the class that it was nice that there was something all the kids could eat.
