Waiting impatiently

My 7 year old son is giving his first ever "special" Valentine to a girl. His class is having a party today and he's going to give it to her after school. He doesn't get off the bus until almost 4 so I have awhile to wait to see how it went.

I'm so not ready for this! I know the little girl and she's super nice so I'm not real worried about him getting his feelings hurt, but still. He's 7!

awwwww. I would be so nervous/excited/sad to see my baby boy grow too!
After my Sons first day of preschool this year he told me in a very serious voice "Mom, I think I love that little girl Kay" I almost cried!
