I want to start an exercise plan...however, I'm one of those people that has to have a plan and do it every.single.day or else I fall off and stop doing it.

But I'm worried I"ll lose it too fast and hurt my supply...

DS is almost 10 months. Am I just being paranoid?

I always seem to reply to your posts. The suggested weight loss is about 4 lbs a month to prevent decreased milk production. Now obviously some people do naturally lose more then that and have no issues. Generally speaking as long as you are eating healthy and still taking in a decent amount of food and not restricting your calories that much then you should be fine working out an hour a day. Decreased milk production could happen if you are restricting caloric intake too much, the good news is that if you notice your supply dipping a little then increasing your food will make it come back, it doesn't go away forever.
