i believe my ds may have this. we went to the urgent care tonight and the dr just stated it was an "infection" and sent us on our way with oral antibiotics. from the back threads i read, several folks mentioned a topical one? id rather go that route if i have to... any ideas why she didnt suggest it?

it turns out it probably was a spider bite and the ND said his body was doing great and fighting just like it was supposed to. yay! no impetigo, folliculitus or cellulitis etc and no antibiotics!!!
