This is a neat story about an Austrian multimillionaire who is selling off everything he has, donating all the money to charities. Apparently he decided that money is doing nothing but making him miserable and wants to make a change.

"My idea is to have nothing left. Absolutely nothing," he told Telegraph. “Money is counterproductive – it prevents happiness to come.”

wow, I've heard the same thing from a lot of wealthy people though. I think its one of those the grass is already greener things though...

Honestly though, I'm not buying this. How does he plan to survive, especially in INNSBRUCK?! That's a really expensive city!

Ya wanna see unhappy? Spend a month in a flat in a city you can't afford...gimme a break. This guy may be selling a lot and donating the proceeds, but no way is he going from riches to rags. He's totally keeping a stash.


I hate when uber rich people play poor. :irk: Get a grip, no matter how bad your life is, being able to pay the bills without worrying about medical emergencies, or putting food on the table at the end of the month, is never an added stress.
