I've been signing "potty" to my ds after every pee or poo since he was five months old. Now, at eight months, he's started signing! It's soooo cute! He kind of waves his right hand down by his hip. He started last week signing after he peed (and once he said something that sounded like, "I did it!") and this week he's started signing BEFORE he has to pee!
I am feeling so pumped because I've relied solely on timing and intuition since birth, so our progress has been slow, and it's so nice that he's finally communicating with me! It's greatly increasing the number of catches each day.
