How long can freshly pumped milk stay at room temp?

My LC, and a bunch of other things I have read say 8 hours....which I have done with no problems!

Depends on the temp of the room

Really warm room 6 hours, average room, 8 hours

my room (chilly Canada), 10-12 hours no problem!

I've always heard and done 10 hours room temp. no problem!

My Lansinoah pump says 10 hours at room temp, too. Of course on a hot day I'd say a few hours less!
