Jax's Birth Story

I'm so behind here - I'm totally immersed in new baby and loving every second of it!

I didn't have a home birth or even a natural one, but I went into the experience with an open mind to know my limits. I knew my sleep deprivation and bad cold would be a factor and I made peace with that before we left for the hospital.

Here is Jackson "Jax" Eugene's story...

Awesome job, mama! Don't make apologies for your birth--it was the birth of your son, and it was beautiful, and it sounds like you did an amazing job!! Congrats!!

Congratulations, and thank you for posting!!! What a wonderful story. My birth experience was very hospital based, and I have been hesitant to post, since it seems so many are having their babies at home, with midwives, etc. I think I will write mine up now - thanks for giving me the inspiration!
