And now that I do...I have to agree. DD I would describe as "no action wasted." She did not move very frequently and her movements always felt purposeful. She would shift around in a way you'd imagine someone settling into a chair. Or I could feel her cross and uncross her legs. She rarely kicked and preferred to push her hand up to ours when we patted my tummy.
DD is not mellow or calm perse, but she is not hyper. She STTN since day 3 and is very intent and purposeful when playing.
