Quick! Can you share your awesome lard/butter pie crust recipe with me?

I need to make a pie tonight, and I want to use my yummy organic leaf lard that I just rendered along with butter.
Problem is all the pie crust recipes in my books feature butter only, or butter and shortening (yuck).

So if you have a wonderful pie crust recipe that uses lard AND butter I would love to see it! Preferably for a 9.5 or 10 inch double crust.

Just substitute the shortening in your recipe with lard, it should work fine. You can really swap out your solid fats interchangeably in a pie crust.

Here is mine:
2 cups flour,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/3 cup butter,
1/3 cup lard,
+/- 1/3 cup ice water with a smidge of vinegar added(add your shot of vinegar or lemon juice to the measuring cup, then fill with ice water to make 1/3)

Mix salt with flour. Cut butter and lard into flour until evenly mixed in bits no larger than peas. Lightly stir in water with a fork to moisten dough. Divide into disks, wrap and chill thoroughly before rolling. 1 9" inch pie.

I fill and bake this(2 crust pie) at 450 for 10 minutes, then turn heat to 350 and bake for 40 minutes or until done.

If I'm making an apple pie I also add an ounce or finely shredded sharp cheddar to the dough.
