Yay candipooh and rosemary!!

Ditto, I'm going to do the 30 day shred...I'll try to do it each day, but didn't today. It's easy to get in 20 minutes a day, and I can already tell things are changing just from doing it 5 days! I'm also going to run and walk at least a few times a week.

Well I've cut my snacking down a bit and am trying to work out at least one extra time a week. So it looks like this week I"m down a whopping pound lol
