I am in!!!
I want to lose 5lbs this month in time for my birthday which is April 1st!
I guess I will shot for 1-2lbs by March 15th.
I have kept telling myself I am going to lose this extra 5-10lbs since Jan and now I really want to do it, I am sick of the extra flab. I will post my weight tomorrow morning as I have not weighed myself. I am guessing I am 110?
I am going to check in here daily and post so I am accountable or otherwise I think I may lose motivation again.
Here is my exercise plan:
Mon:
Treadmill 15 mins & yoga
Tue:
Push ups, sit up and pull ups
Wed:
Treadmill 30 mins
Thur:
Treadmill 30 mins & push ups, sit up and pull ups
Fri:
Treadmill 30 mins & yoga
Sat:
Treadmill 30 mins & push ups, sit up and pull ups

But I did control my eating and yesterday I did an hour of circuit training and an hour of stretches/light aerobics as well. I'm feeling a little distraught like I'll never make progress. But I'm not giving up yet! I at least have more energy.


That's rough! What a shocker. 
I also have cut my 3-5 cup a day coffee habit to 1 a day. milk,splenda not cream/reg sug.
