Another "is this a good deal?" thread..

I am going to do all cloth wipes this time.. I found an ad on craigslist for new wipes.. for $30.. Bumgenius 12 pk, ImseVimse 12 pk, and another hemp pk that she doesn't know the name of..

She will not go down on the price (I offered $20 for them all).

How many would I need (1 baby, washing every three days).. more than this? Less? (I would think more, but haven't really done cloth wipes in the past).

Just my $0.02... I wouldn't pay that much for wipes. I have had great success for 7 years using baby washcloths from the dollar store for poops and cut-up flannel yardage from the dollar clearance section of the fabric store. You will need a lot of wipes in the beginning, but you could probably make all you would need for a couple dollars, tops.

Well I really wasn't considering making my own wipes.. I want to use the warmer for cloth wipes, and I think I need to find some professionally finished ones... not ones that I could make.. so the question is, are these brands worth that money considering they're new or not? Some wipes are better than others I would think.
