Birth Pool In A Box MINI

Hello Ladies!

Can anyone comment on the Birth Pool In a Box Mini? I am close to 5'4" and I am just wondering if this is big enough for me to be comfortable in it. I will not be having DH or anyone else with me in the pool so that is not a concern.

How does this compare to the Birth Pool in A Box Regular and the Eco Birth Pool?

I really don't know the physical size of the mini, as I've never seen one in person. However, my DD was born in the regular BPIAB and as someone who is also 5'4, it was enormous!!! I could have easily fit a few other people in there, not kidding, and I wouldn't have noticed. My guess is the mini is probably a decent size as well, but just not overkill.

Are you planning on getting one online? Is there somewhere you can go to see it, maybe a place that rents them?

I'm 5'7'' and my husband is 5'11 - we were both in the MINI for the birth of our last baby. It was the only pool offered by our birth team. I had heard it wasn't meant for 2 people, but was assured they had many husbands get in for the birth. In the end, the only position I wanted to labor in was kneeling with my arms/head resting on the side of the pool.

I won't say it was roomy, but the size of the pool was never in my head for a second during labor and delivery.
