Hi!! Please help me understand my chart. I know i'm not checking cervical fluid and position. I'm just not quite ready for that yet. lol. I have been ttc for 14 months but this is my first month charting. Please offer your opinions and vocalize anything that may help me understand. I just had a major dip today. btw, i am usually a 26-30 day cycle. and i o (know that using cbfm and opks) on cd 15-16. this month i had an hsg on cd 9 and i was super upset about our difficulties conceiving so I think this caused my late O on cd 20, making me 10dpo today. O was confirmed with opks. Also, what the heck is triphasic and crosshairs?? Good luck to everyone in their tww.

crosshairs are the two intersecting red lines (the vertical to indicate the day you ovulated, the horizontal is your coverline to help you visualize the higher temps versus the lower temps) that fertility friend shows on your chart when the software "knows" you ovulated.

triphasic is when your temperatures move to a third, higher range and is associated with pregnancy charts, but is not a 100% indicator of pregnancy. you can search for triphasic charts in the chart gallery at ff to see what some of them look like.

iheart- did you take the little e-course for new charters that ff offers? it's just a free slideshow, but it has a lot of info. their q & a section does too. actually, when you have time, scroll down all those options on the left hand side of the ff screen, there is a ton of info there. one thing i did see- your opks- i have just started using them now, but i think it is unusual to have that many positive days- to be positive (unlike a hpt) i guess the "test" line has to be at least as dark or darker than the control line. is that how they were for you?
