Baby with excema behind ears....

Hi Mamas - my almost 1 year old ds has excema behind his ears......any recommendations for what to put on it? TIA!

my middle child has it too and it really hurts her when i try to clean behind her ears. i put her hair in a ponytail and liberally apply coconut oil behind her ears before nap and then after nap wipe them gently to clean any flakes of dead skin off and reapply the coconut oil.
i find that's not enough for my youngest who has asthma and gets broken out and raw skin from her daily nebulizer meds on her cheeks. we wash of fthe meds after each treatment but it doesn't help much once it starts getting bad so we do the coconut oil routine and top it with aquaphor(it's a petroleum jelly product though so you may not want to. i find it's the only thing that helps).

My DS is only 4 months old, and also had a huge problem with skin flaking off behind his ears. We also put coconut oil on it, and it's mostly gone away. I don't know if it was excema, or just newborn baby skin.
