HPT negative-still wondering though....

I am nursing my 10.5 month old and my milk has just about disappeared over the last 2 days... The only time this has happened before is when I got pregnant with DD2 while nursing DD1 (and DD1 was 10 months old). I have other symptoms as well, but the HPT was negative. I have no period to go by so I feel like I'm in the dark. What are the chances it was wrong? Should I get a blood test?

I am NOT ready to be pregnant again... but of course if it happens I'll be happy anyway. I just hate "feeling" pregnant and not really knowing for sure.

Have you been temping? Do you think you could be getting your period or ovulating? I remember I always got a dip in supply around those times (and during pregnancy). You could wait a few days and retest if you are having a lot of symptoms or go to your dr. and ask them to test.
