I know I will have one exception: Monday night we will eat out at our local bar. We've been doing it every Monday since before I got pregnant with DS.

I'm with you. Let's even make it a whole month. Eating out every Monday would be a real treat. I love eating out even though we do not eat out often the real prize from eating out for me is being full and having a clean kitchen without all the work. We haven't gone out to eat in a very long time and that means kitchen duty several times daily. It takes a lot of pre-planning and is a way of life.
