What is your most healthy breakfast? - Page 2

Came back to add that my "super in a hurry" healthy breakfast is plain whole-milk yogurt with a little honey. I teach spinning class two mornings a week, and on those days I eat yogurt before class then come home afterward and make eggs because I'm hungry again!

FAVORITE breakfast!!!

Mine is a tall glass of raw milk w/ 2 scoops of GOL Perfect Food & an Ezekiel english muffin toasted, w/ lots of raw honey and almond butter.... Followed by a huge cup of French Roast Coffee! This here is my all time FAVORITE breakfast!!! (But I also eat breakfast for lunch often... which is most often a garlic omelette with bacon!)

Smoothie made with 1 c. raw milk 1.5-2 cups green leafy veggies, 1 Tbsp flax, 1/4 tsp Spirulina, 1 Banana, a small handful of frozen berries and 1 Tbsp raw honey. Then I also have 1-2 eggs (from my chickens) fried in butter

When I don't have the above mentioned breakfast I have soaked oatmeal with butter, raw milk and agave.

Mine is:

1 T Coconut Oil
1 glass raw milk

I'm a later eater, but this gets me going, gives me a good source of fat, and protein.

Sometimes I make a smoothie with coconut milk, egg yolk, green powder, greek yogurt.

I also love love love plain greek yogurt with walnuts and cinnamon and a pinch of stevia.

two over easy eggs over a bed of wilted spinach, sometimes sprinkled with fresh-grated parmesan. i've learned the hard way that i can't do fruit or too much sugar as my first meal of the day-- i get loopy and then i'm hungry again an hour later.

Almost every morning I make this for DS and I to split. 3 eggs with any veggies that I have cut up and washed in the fridge. Depends on sales and the season but mostly I have carrots, parsnips, onions, green pepper, summer squash, and broccoli. I make it with either coconut oil or butter and season it with some different seasoning packets I get from my local co-op. So freekin good!

We've recently had to go gluten and dairy free so that has changed things a bit. We were all about the raw milk/products But now its the customary eggs and bacon, and/or other additions like coconut pancakes/crepes/banana bread/ bread/French toast. Or this morning I made zucchini coconut pancakes and DS absolutely loved them. We also sometimes do homemade granola with coconut milk. Or leftovers
