Came back to add that my "super in a hurry" healthy breakfast is plain whole-milk yogurt with a little honey. I teach spinning class two mornings a week, and on those days I eat yogurt before class then come home afterward and make eggs because I'm hungry again!

But now its the customary eggs and bacon, and/or other additions like coconut pancakes/crepes/banana bread/ bread/French toast. Or this morning I made zucchini coconut pancakes and DS absolutely loved them. We also sometimes do homemade granola with coconut milk. Or leftovers
